“Your mental health matters”
An initiative of the Refuge LGBTQIA+ with the support of the National Lottery.
From 6 to 12 October 2025: Awareness Week for the Mental Health of LGBTQIA+ Young People
Every day, LGBTQIA+ youth in Belgium experience exclusion, family breakdown, or isolation. At the Refuge, we support them in their rebuilding process. This campaign aims to break the silences, connect resources, and make visible the mental health realities specific to this often-forgotten youth.
With this first edition, we aim to create concrete bridges between the field, the institutions, and the concerned audiences.
We are counting on you to share this campaign, contribute to it, or simply circulate the information that can save lives.
Our campaign is made possible with the support of the National Lottery and its players, whom we warmly thank.
